Meet Cindy

Cindy Perez Lotus Projects Owner

Growing up in a family business, I swore never to have one. Yet here I am, Cindy Perez, founder and shot caller of Lotus Projects Home Renovations. I have a B.B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy from The University of Houston, GO COOGS! I spent over 5 years in Financial Reporting, then decided to trade my work heels for work boots and life has never been better.

After renovating our first home, I realized how much of a headache it is to be your own contractor. For the sake of your sanity and/or marriage, hire a professional. I treat a client’s home as if it were my own and deliver timely without any corners cut, with attention to detail, and with lots of thumbs up and happy face emojis.

I am married with 2 little ones, so yes those dark circles are natural. I survive on coffee and the hope that my daughter sees that she can follow any career path her heart desires. Oh, I curse way too much to ever get my own HGTV show, so I’m sticking with Lotus Projects and my incredible clients.
